UK CUSTOMERS

Effective November 1, 2021 we will no longer be shipping to the UK. SPC will no longer be registering for the UK VAT. An option many customers are utilizing are forwarding services to streamline this process - we recommend myUs.com & Stackry as many of our customers have had great experiences with them.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

We have been experiencing many delays over the past few months with a small percentage of orders. Some order will take up to three months to arrive when orders after can take two weeks. Thank you for your patience with the post office at this time.

There are currently shipping service disruptions affecting international mail. Information on locations that have temporarily suspended or delayed service is changing daily but updates can be found here. Please also note we have been noticing some delays and slow periods of tracking for international orders. Please refer to our international shipping speeds/times below prior to contacting. If you purchase during this time please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions to mail service.

EU CUSTOMERS

Effective July 1, 2021 the EU will be subject to new VAT laws. SPC will not be registering for the EU VAT/IOSS. This means that if you purchase from us and are shipping your goods directly to the EU your order will be subject to additional fees from your country along with possible additional shipping times. SPC is not liable for any fees occurring by your country and will not be reshipping late product held up by the EU processing. An option many customers are utilizing are forwarding services to streamline this process - we recommend myUs.com & Stackry as many of our customers have had great experiences with them.

SHOP POLICIES:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed as long as it has not been marked as shipped. After 24 hours or the order has been marked shipped the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Due to the nature of the items there will be no refunds or returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases. In the case that we process a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.

Sorry, unfortunately we do not combine/edit orders. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checking out.

Coupon codes cannot be combined. The current platform allows one coupon code per order. Though I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction. Once an order is placed coupon codes cannot be added. Please do not leave coupon code in the notes section, it will not be applied.

Unless otherwise noted, new releases are every Wednesday at noon EST. We offer unlimited stock on all in-house produced items for 48 hours.

Unfortunately I cannot accept any custom orders at this time.

Our foil is not created in shop, it is an outsourced product. That being said there can be some slight variance from one sheet to the next in regards to the foil color. When using different rolls, machines and heat settings in the factory these are natural variants.

SHIPPING:

Once an order is placed we cannot add or subtract items from the invoice. Please make sure your order is correct prior to checkout.

Orders will ship within 1-2 weeks processing period, unless otherwise stated on product page.

As we print labels they are marked as "shipped". We print labels in large batches to minimize our post office drops, so your order may not actually be dropped for a few days after the label was created. That being said - the item being dropped at the post office is always WELL within the quoted processing time.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: USA orders are shipped via USPS and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 BUSINESS days (after processing period) depending on where you are located in the USA. Please note this does NOT include Weekends or Holidays. This is the estimate given by the USPS - SPC does not quote shipping times as the USPS often can take longer than quoted. All domestic orders come standard with tracking that updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes. Once an item is marked 'shipped' it is then in the hands of the USPS, and out of my control. For any regarding tracking you can take the tracking to your local post office and they can further assist you on the retrieval of your order.

Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If the package is returned to us buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.

If you noticed that your address is incorrect after ordering but we have not yet shipped it, please email us and we will try our best to change the address for you if your order has not left our hands!

If a package has not been marked delivered, our policy is receiver must wait one month from shipment date (for domestic orders) or two months from shipment date (for international orders) for the package to be considered lost. If a package has not been delivered after this time please email us for assistance.

If a package has been marked delivered, but you have not received we ask for you to give the post 1-2 days to deliver afterwards. If it has not shown up please contact your neighbors or office if you live in apartment building. If still not found please contact the post office directly. 

SPC cannot be responsible for lost packages due to misdelivery by post office or theft.

MYSTERY:

We offer two sizes for our mystery subscription. The most popular option is the ultimate kit at $30USD (+ shipping). But we also do have a more affordable mini kit option at $17USD (+ shipping).

In the SPC mystery subscription you will receive a exclusive art collection in the size selected for your subscription.

Ultimate Kit: This option includes 8-10 glossy sticker sheets and 6 foil sticker sheets.

Mini Kit: This option includes 5-6 glossy sticker sheets and 1 mini foil freebie.

  • 1st - Billed for monthly subscription
  • See Dates Below - Spots open for new subscribers (Noon EST)
  • Between 20th-31st - Subscription will ship

You may cancel anytime before the first of the month. Once the subscription charges on the first it cannot be canceled, any changes made would effect future charges. You can cancel your subscription by logging onto your account > manage subscriptions > cancel. If you are a new subscriber or have already been charged for the month any cancelations on your account will apply to the next month. If you have any problems feel free to email me us!

Subscribers are billed on the 1st of the month. If your subscription declines please update your billing info to make payment for the subscription. If the charge is declined three times your subscription will be canceled and you will need to sign up again when spots are available.

Address changes must take place PRIOR to the charge on the 1st. Update your address through your account and click "manage subscription". When you order charges the address at that time will stick through shipment regardless of changes made afterwards. Any address changes made after will not take place until next months mystery.
If your mystery has not shipped please email us and we will try our best to change the address for you if your order has not left our hands!
